On 25 November Nickolai Melchenko, Deputy Minister of the Interior and Head of the Belarusian Delegation, spoke at the IOM Council on the migration situation in Belarus. On the following day, 26 November, Deputy Minister met with William Lacy Swing, IOM DG, to discuss achievements in the sphere of migration and mutual cooperation.
