Request for Proposals – Supply and Delivery of IT & Network Equipment and Related Services for the Benefit of the Customs Authorities of the Republic of Belarus

IOM mission in the Republic of Belarus announces a tender for the supply and delivery of IT & network equipment and related services for the benefit of the Customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus, expiry: 23 December 2014.

IFB No. : BY10-2014-98 for the Supply and delivery of IT & network equipment and software.

The International Organization for Migration, Mission in the Republic of Belarus (IOM) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the above–referenced subject. The activity is a part of the European Union-funded international technical assistance project “Support to the Creation of an Electronic System of Pre-Arrival Information Exchange between the Customs Authorities of Belarus and Ukraine (PRINEX)”.

Your offer should be submitted in accordance with the Section D (Instructions to Bidders) on or before 13.00 hours (Minsk time) on December 23, 2014.

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to IOM to the following address:
