RFQ (closed) – IOM Mission in the Republic of Belarus Invites Interested and Qualified Companies to Submit Quotations for the Supply and Delivery of 11 (eleven) Quads and 11 (eleven) Motorcycles, Expiry: July 27, 2015

Attention! The winners of the tender are:

1) Supply of 11 (eleven) quads – LLC “Motovelo”;

2) Supply of 11 (eleven) motorcycles – CJSC “RBB Moto”.

The International Organization for Migration, Mission in the Republic of Belarus (IOM) hereby invites you to submit Quotations  for the supply and delivery of 11 (eleven) quads and 11 (eleven) motorcycles for the Benefit of the State Border Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
The activity is a part of  the European Union-funded international technical assistance project “Strengthening Surveillance and Bilateral Coordination Capacity along the Common Border between Belarus and Ukraine” / SURCAP Phase II.

With this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is the GIS which include the Instructions to Suppliers, Technical Specifications and administrative requirements that Suppliers will need to follow in order to prepare and submit their quotation for consideration by IOM.

Request for Quotations (RFQ) (BY10-2015-49)

Purchase Order (PO) to be signed

Supply and Delivery Contract to be signed instead of PO

Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be addressed to:
3 Gorny pereulok, Minsk 220005 Minsk / Belarus; Attn: Natallia Kalasouskaya.
Quotation shall be submitted by hand or by post to the above address on or before
12:00 hours (Minsk time),  July 27, 2015. Late Quotations will not be accepted.

Suppliers requiring any clarifications on the content of RFQ may notify the IOM not later than 7 days prior to the deadline for the submission of bids in writing at the following e-mail address: procurement@iom.by or by fax +375 (17) 288 27 44.
