IOM Minsk invites Financial Auditing Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: conducting of an external financial audit for the period of July 1, 2014-September 2015, project “Supporting Civil Society in Protecting the Rights of Vulnerable Groups in Belarus”. More details on the services are provided in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP):
