Supported by USAID and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, since 2002 IOM Belarus, in cooperation with its partners, has been combatting labor and sexual exploitation, together with other forms of modern slavery, and providing assistance to victims. At present, human trafficking continues to be an international problem that knows no borders. People of any age and gender could fall victim to trafficking. You do not necessarily have to leave your country to find yourself in a situation of exploitation.
One of the IOM’s priorities is human trafficking prevention through proper informing the population. Infographics will serve for raising awareness and drawing the public’s attention to the issue and possible risks associated with human trafficking.
